1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Urjaa Chakra website, engaging in spiritual consultations, enrolling in learning cohorts, or purchasing consecrated items, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our community guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Nature of Spiritual & Mentorship Services
Urjaa Chakra provides holistic vibrational energy guidance, Usui Reiki transmissions, Vedic numerological consultations, and spiritual mentoring guided by Grandmaster Meenakshi Baldua and certified associate mentors.

3. User Accounts & Conduct
Seekers authenticate through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and credentials. You agree not to disrupt sanctuary operations, attempt unauthorized access to portal accounts, or engage in defamatory, harassing, or abusive conduct towards mentors, staff, or fellow students.
4. Intellectual Property on Sacred Materials
All curricula, audio transmissions, video masterclasses, switchword compendiums, yantra illustrations, and written teachings are the intellectual property of Urjaa Chakra and Meenakshi Baldua.
Purchasing or receiving digital materials grants a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license. Reproduction, public redistribution, resale, or commercial broadcasting without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Commercial Policies & Payments
Prices for consultations and sacred boutique products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Cancellation, refund, and shipping requests are governed by our specific policy pages:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Urjaa Chakra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or physical items.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
