1. Guiding Principle

In the spirit of conscious transformation and fair exchange, Urjaa Chakra strives to provide clarity and fairness across all spiritual bookings and sacred boutique orders. The following terms represent Urjaa Chakra Commercial Policy and distinguish between practitioner time reservations, physical items, and digital assets.

2. Spiritual Consultations & Mentoring Sessions

When you book a 1-on-1 healing session or numerological reading, a dedicated master mentor reserves that time window exclusively for your energetic alignment.

Cancellation more than 24 hours before appointment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the consultation fee. The retained 50% covers slot reservation and administrative costs.

Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment or No-Show: Non-refundable. Because the mentor’s schedule has been locked and other seekers turned away, last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded.

Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a session by contacting the sanctuary desk at least 24 hours in advance, subject to mentor slot availability.

3. Physical Sacred Boutique Items (Crystals, Yantras, Books)

We take exceptional care in inspecting, cleansing, and packaging every crystal cluster, gemstone bracelet, and consecrated item.

Eligible Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged in transit, defective, or materially different from your order.
Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, accompanied by original tags, pouches, and order receipt.
Natural Variation Notice: Natural mineral crystals possess intrinsic fissures, color inclusions, and natural variations that are characteristic of earth minerals and are not considered defects.

4. Digital Wisdom Downloads & Online Courses

Due to the instant delivery and intangible nature of digital assets:

E-Books, Audio Transmissions & PDFs: Are non-refundable once digital access or download links have been issued.
Online Courses: Once course curriculum modules have been unlocked or accessed by a student, course fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing & Disbursement Timeline

All refund requests undergo review and approval by sanctuary administration via the Admin Command Console.

Online Card / UPI Payments: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original source account via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are disbursed via secure NEFT/IMPS bank transfer upon customer submission and verification of bank account details.
