1. Dispatch Hub & Consecration Process
All physical sacred items—including natural crystal geodes, yantras, energized bracelets, and switchword manuals—are dispatched from our sanctuary hub in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Prior to dispatch, each item undergoes visual inspection, herbal smoke cleansing, and dedicated intention charging. Standard order preparation typically takes 1 to 2 business days before handover to our courier partners.

3. Shipping Fees & Complimentary Threshold
Shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout based on order subtotal:
- Orders of ₹1,999 or above: Complimentary Free Shipping across all serviceable Indian pincodes.
- Orders below ₹1,999: Standard flat shipping fee of ₹99 applied to cover protective courier transit.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your package is collected by our logistics partner (e.g. Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Post), you will receive:
- An email confirmation with your official courier tracking number and real-time tracking link.
- Real-time shipment progress visible within your authenticated Student Portal under the Orders tab.
5. Damaged in Transit & Delivery Issues
If a package arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or leaking, please photograph the external box before opening and report it to contact@urjaachakra.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a prompt replacement.
